Tucked neatly into the side of our lovely hillside estate, our beautifully decorated, 1 or 2 bedroom cottages offer the ultimate cosy getaway. Because they are nestled close together, they are perfect for individual escapes or larger groups looking to book several cottages at once.

- Heated Indoor swimming Pool: Indoor pool open 9am-9pm daily.
- Private Fishing Lake: Private, well stocked Carp fishing lake.
- A Superb Night's Sleep: Drift off in king-size beds (and full-size singles in our twin rooms) featuring luxury Emma mattresses and crisp, cotton-rich bedding.
- Everything You Need: Well-equipped kitchens feature full-size dishwashers, ovens, fridge/ice boxes, microwaves, and coffee pod machines.
- Your Private Decking: Every cottage has designated parking and an enclosed private deck—perfect for stargazing or enjoying a glass of something lovely. (Note: The Devon Hideaway also features an enclosed grass garden!)
- Dog-Friendly: We happily welcome 1 to 2 small/medium dogs per cottage.
- Estate Perks: Enjoy free use of our communal laundry room.
Good to Know Before You Book:
- Occupancy: Every cottage features an incredibly comfortable king-size sofa bed for extra guests. However, our cottages are wonderfully compact, so maximizing occupancy will be a cosy squeeze!
- Bathrooms: The cottages have showers in the bathroom except for the The Snug and The Nook which both have baths with handheld shower attachments.
- Accessibility: All cottages are single-story but require a step up to the decking and over the threshold. Due to their compact size, they are sadly not suitable for wheelchair users.
- Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- Deposit / Balance Payments: We ask for just a £75 deposit at the time of booking, and then your balance is due 6 weeks before you arrive.
