Devon Hideaway Details

Just behind our little Devon Bolthole sits our larger Devon Hideaway.  A cosy detached cottage with its own enclosed garden perfect for children and dogs, and with lovely views from the secluded decking area. Please note that the fence around the garden is fairly low in places.

Two comfortable bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed and one twin room will sleep 4 people very easily.  The open plan living room and kitchen means you can really make the most of your time together.  

The Devon Bolthole is next door, and the Devon Snug about 30 seconds walk away and so all are ideally placed to be booked together for extended family holidays, or if you want to holiday with friends but would prefer not to share!

The kitchen is extremely well equipped, with a dishwasher, oven, small fridge/freezer, an air fryer and a microwave.  There are communal laundry facilities available for the use of guests free of charge in a separate building a few yards away.

The shower works very well, and is a pleasure to use. Please note there is no bath. There are further shower facilities within the changing rooms by the swimming pool.

The Hideaway is all on one level, with a level path from your designated parking space.  There is a ramp up to the decking in order to access the entrance. The site is compact and neatly nestled into the side of a hill, but if mobility is a little limited it is possible to drive right down to the lake, swimming pool and children’s play areas.

Check in is at 3pm and we ask you to make your departure by 10am on the day you leave.  Early arrivals and late departures can sometimes  be accommodated on request outside of busy seasons; if requested and available there may be a small extra charge for this.
